Swallowfield plc, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2015 together with the 2015 Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders. Copies of these documents are also available on the Company's website www.swallowfield.com. 

The 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00 noon on Thursday 12 November 2015 at the Company's offices, Swallowfield House, Station Road, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 8NL.
