Contract Signed with Bristol Myers Squibb

BrandShield Systems plc (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions from brand protection to online threat hunting, is pleased to announce that it has completed the signing of a contract to provide services to Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY), a leading biopharmaceutical company. 

Under the terms of the contract, BrandShield will provide a comprehensive online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting solution.  The Company will protect Bristol Myers Squibb's and its subsidiary Celgene's major brands against fraudulent online activity including, but not limited to, the sale of counterfeited drugs on online marketplaces, rogue websites, rogue online pharmacies, impersonation on social media, phishing attempts and trademark infringements.

Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.  It acquired Celgene in 2019 in a deal reported to be worth US$74Bn.
