PDMR Dealing and Grant of Employee Options

BrandShield Systems plc (AIM: BRSD), a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions from brand protection to online threat hunting, announces that, on 21 June 2021, it issued options over a total of 4,730,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Options") to a director ("Director Options") and employees, all at an exercise price of £0.25.

The 90,000 Director Options will vest equally in monthly instalments between 12 months from date of grant to 4 years from date of grant.  The remaining employee options will have the same vesting conditions.

 The issue of Director Options is outlined below:
