Appointment of Interim Chairman

Social video company Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) announces that, following the resignation of Sir Robin Miller from the Board of the Company with effect from today (details of which were announced on 22 November 2019), Oliver Green, Non-Executive Director, has assumed the role of Interim Chairman of the Company. The Company continues to search for a permanent Chairman and further updates will be provided at the appropriate time. 

As previously announced, Miriam Mulcahy will be stepping down as Non-Executive Director on 31 January 2020 and Paul Marshall will be stepping down as Non-Executive Director on 20 January 2020. The Company intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director, and further announcements will be made in due course.
