Braveheart Investment Group plc (AIM: BRH) has been advised that Trevor Brown, Chief Executive of the Company, no longer has an interest in Free Association Books Limited. Accordingly, Trevor Brown's interest in the Company is now 4,141,794 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.93 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.

As announced on 13 August 2021, Free Association Books Limited subscribed for 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.61 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company, in a placing by the Company.
