Appointment of Tim Hall as Chief Executive, Breedon Aggregates England
Breedon Aggregates Limited, the UK's largest independent aggregates group, announces the appointment of Tim Hall as chief executive of Breedon Aggregates England. Tim will take up his appointment on 1 October.
Tim has spent his entire career in the aggregates industry, most recently as director of Tarmac Limited's Western Area until earlier this year. Prior to this he was managing director of Tarmac Western Limited, the company formed by Anglo American from the former assets of Nash Rocks, Tilcon and Tarmac. He spent the previous 27 years with Nash Rocks, latterly as managing director.
Reporting to group chief executive, Simon Vivian, Tim will assume responsibility for all Breedon Aggregates' operations in England. The group's Scottish operations continue to be headed by Alan Mackenzie, chief executive of Breedon Aggregates Scotland.
Commenting on Tim's appointment, Simon Vivian said:
