Director Dealings

The Company has been notified that on 22 March 2021 Rob Wood, Group Finance Director of Breedon Group plc, sold 42,400 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 93.664 pence per share and repurchased 21,200 Ordinary Shares for his personal individual savings account ("ISA") and 21,200 Ordinary Shares for his wife's ISA, at a price of 93.74 pence per Ordinary Share.

The above transfers have no effect on Mr Wood's total beneficial shareholding of 1,077,161 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at today's date, the Company has 1,687,583,421 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.  This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
