PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that on 22 April 2021 Stephen Tagg, Group Human Resources Director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of Breedon Group plc, sold 85,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.0028 pence per share.  As a consequence, Mr Tagg now has an interest in 361,421 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's total voting rights.  The Company has also been informed that Mr Tagg's spouse, Caroline Tagg, has sold her total shareholding of 21,469 Ordinary Shares at the same price. 

As at today's date, the Company has 1,687,630,784 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.  This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
