Appointment of Director
The Board of BPT plc is pleased to confirm that James D Story has been
appointed to the Board as Property Director, North with effect from 1 January
2000.
As at 1 January 2000 James Story was beneficially interested in 3,620 ordinary
shares of 5p each in BPT plc.
In addition, he held the right, under the BPT 1984 Share Option Scheme, to
subscribe for 50,000 ordinary shares exercisable at a price of 100p per share
until November 2000 and 14,600 ordinary shares exercisable at a price of 205p
per share until July 2004. 3,384 and a further up to 3,547 ordinary shares
are held on his behalf by the BPT Employee Benefits Trust in relation to
entitlements under the BPT Annual Incentive Plan and BPT Long Term Share
Incentive Scheme respectively. 2,470 ordinary shares are held on his behalf
by BPT Employee Benefits Trustee (No 2) Limited in relation to the BPT Staff
Profit Share Scheme.
