Notice of annual general meeting
Eclectic has announced that its Annual General Meeting will be held at Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London, EC4M 9AF at 2 p.m. on Monday 7 December 2015 (the entrance is on the corner of Watling Street and New Change).
Copies of the 2015 Annual Report and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders and are also available on the Company's website (www.eclecticbars.co.uk) or by writing to the Company's registered office address (36 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5RR).
