Eclectic Bar Group PLC ("the Company"), the AIM listed operator of premium bars, announces that Clive Watson, a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board in order to devote more time to his other business interests. He will stand down from the Board on 30 April 2015.
Jim Fallon, Non - Executive Chairman, commented:
"We would like to thank Clive for his services and contribution to the Company. He has provided valuable insight to the Board and management team, particularly during the IPO in 2013 and subsequently advising on the Company's development. On behalf of the Board, I wish him all the best for the future."
