Cancellation of British Land Held First Mortgage Debenture Bonds

The British Land Company PLC announces that it has cancelled the principal amounts set out below of its First Mortgage Debenture Bonds. These cancelled First Mortgage Debenture Bonds were originally purchased by The British Land Company PLC in August 2010.

£9,846,960 of the 5.357% First Mortgage Debenture Bonds due 2028.
