The Company announces that, on 12 September 2012, it received notification from the Trustees of the British Land Share Ownership Plan that certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company ("PDMRs"), were, on 12 September 2012, conditionally awarded rights at nil consideration to receive ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Fund Managers Performance Plan ("FMPP"), as detailed below:

These awards will conditionally vest, subject to any 'claw-back' and subject to continued employment, in three equal tranches on the first, second and third anniversaries of grant.
The Company also announces that Jean-Marc Vandevivere, a PMDR, exercised 7,751 options over Ordinary Shares at a price of 387p per Share, on 12 September 2012. He then sold the resultant shares on 13 September 2012, at a price of 539p per share. These options had been awarded under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.
