The Company announces that on 12 September 2013 it received notification from the Trustees of The British Land Share Ownership Plan ("the Trust") that, on 12 September 2013, part of the Fund Managers Performance Plan ("FMPP") Award granted to Nigel Webb, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, on 12 September 2012, vested. Nigel Webb thus received 28,284 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company. Following the vesting, Nigel Webb sold 13,341 of his newly vested shares at a price of 569.8p per share to cover his tax liability.
