The British Land Company PLC announces that it has been notified, on 06^th June 2014, that Tim Score, a Non-executive Director of the Company holds 2,855 shares in the Company, all of which were acquired before his appointment.  

2,802 shares were purchased on 18 December 2013 at a price of 597.59 pence per share with 24 dividend shares received through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme on 14 February 2014 at a price of 637.4 pence per share. An additional 29 dividend shares were received through the Scrip Dividend Scheme on 02 May 2014 at a price of 663.8 pence per share. These shares are held through Barclays Wealth as a nominee for Mr. Score.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R
