3rd Quarter Net asset Values and Top Up Offer
Ordinary Shares
The Company today announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary shares as
at 31 December 2005 was 94.0 pence per share after the declaration of an interim
dividend of 1.5 pence per share.
The Company also announces that it is launching a Top Up Offer by issuing up to
1,490,000 new Ordinary shares. The subscription lists will be open from 10.00 am
on 23 February 2006 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 4 April 2006.
C Shares
The company also announces that the net asset value of the C Shares as at 31
December 2005 was 98.9 pence per share. This equates to a rise of 3.8 pence per
share in the quarter.
