2016 ANNUAL REPORT & NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Britvic plc ("the Company") has today, posted the 2016 Annual Report and Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting, together with a proxy form to all shareholders.

These documents will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism which is located at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.  

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report are also available to view or download in pdf format from the Company's website at www.britvic.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 31 January 2017 at 11.00am at RSA House, Durham House Street (off The Strand), London, WC2N 6HG.
