CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Sue Clark, non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that Bakkavor Group plc, of which she is also a non-executive director and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees, was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 16 November 2017.
