Britvic plc (the "Company") announces the vesting on 31 January 2022 of an award of notional ordinary shares in the Company of 20 pence per share ("Shares") made on 10 January 2019 under the Britvic International Share Incentive Plan (EMEA), which is an unapproved share incentive plan for selected international employees based outside of Great Britain.

The Britvic International Share Incentive Plan (EMEA) is a cash only plan. Notional Shares are awarded at nil value and held for three years, at which time a cash award is made in lieu of the sale of Shares at the current market price.
