Exercise of Options - Amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Exercise of Options' announcement released on 21/04/2011 at 16:39 under RNS No. 3947F.

Options were exercised over an aggregate 16,500 Ordinary Shares and not 30,500 Ordinary Shares as was stated. Consequently, the numbers of shares in issue following the notification is 10,616,098 Ordinary Shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company received notice on 21 April 2011 that, on the same day, a number of its employees exercised options over an aggregate 16,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Pursuant to the above exercise of options, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 16,500 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 3 May 2011.

Following this notification, the Company has 10,616,098 Ordinary Shares in issue.
