BROOKS MACDONALD GROUP PLC (''THE COMPANY'')

Funds under management and Interim Results

It is the Company's intention to announce its discretionary funds under management on a quarterly basis.

As at 31st December 2008 funds under management were GBP 1.218bn. 

The Company plans to release its Interim results on the 18th March 2009.
