Compliance with US Executive Order 13959

 This announcement is in connection with the US's Executive Order 13959,  which prohibits US Persons from purchasing "publicly traded securities" of the companies identified in the Order. The Company can confirm, for our US shareholders, that as of 15 January 2021, the Company does not hold any investments in the relevant companies and will continue to comply with the Order including any future amendments whilst such prohibitions apply.
