40,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.08% of the issued class of capital),
at 284p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 40,000  Ordinary Shares is due on
13 October 2004 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
53,201,416 Ordinary 25p Shares.
