100,000 Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.21% of the issued class of capital)
at 447.5p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
23 April 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 48,200,261
Ordinary 25p Shares.
