80,000 Ordinary 25p Shares, (representing 0.16% of the issued class of capital),
at 314p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 8
July 2005 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 51,343,416
Ordinary 25p Shares.
