BT CELLNET PROFIT FORECASTS FOR YEARS ENDING MARCH 2000 AND MARCH
2001
The following forecasts are today being provided by BT Cellnet:

For the year to March 2001 operating profit is forecast to more than
double to at least £300m, with EBITDA forecast at more than £600m.
These forecasts are subject to market growth.
BT Cellnet expects to have 12 million customers by the end of 2002 in
an overall market reaching 67% penetration in the UK.
