Chairman's letter and Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting, the Company is proposing for adoption a comprehensively updated set of articles of association, primarily reflecting the implementation of the final parts of the Companies Act 2006 and the coming into force of the Shareholders' Rights regulations. The Company is also taking the opportunity to modernise the existing articles of association, including by incorporating language to address the holding and trading of shares in uncertificated form (which is currently dealt with pursuant to a Board resolution) and conforming the language with that used in the model articles for public companies produced by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Copies of the 2009 Annual Report, the Chairman's letter and Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting, the proposed new articles of association and all ancillary documents have been submitted to The Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
