Interim Dividend for the year ending 31 December 2008 

Further to the announcement earlier today of its interim results for the six months ended             30 June 2008, the Company confirms that the interim dividend of 6.45p per share will be paid on 2 January 2009 to those members on the Company's register at the close of business on     14 November 2008. The ex-dividend date will be 12 November 2008.

The Company also operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRP'). The latest date for receipt of DRP elections will be 9 December 2008.
