Dividend number 114
Notice is hereby given that dividend number 114 at the rate of 5,5% per annum,
equivalent to 5,5 cents per share, in respect of the six months ending 30 June
2001, is payable to holders of the 5,5% cumulative preference shares
registered in the books of the Company at the close of business on 22 June
2001.
The dividend is declared in the currency of the Republic of South Africa and
payment will be made by the company's transfer secretaries in South Africa and
in the United Kingdom on 31 July 2001.
Shareholders paid from the United Kingdom will receive the United Kingdom
currency equivalent of their dividends (less appropriate taxes), the rate of
exchange being determined on 9 July 2001.
