Pursuant to DTR 3.1.4, Burberry Group plc (the 'Company') received notice of changes to the Shareholding of the following Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Duties ('PDMRs'):

The Company received notice on 19 November 2008 from Philip Bowman, a non-executive Director, that on 19 November 2008 he purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 180.50 pence each (inclusive of costs). Mr Bowman's total shareholding is now 65,000 shares.

The Company received notice on 19 November 2008 from Ian Carter, a non-executive Director, that on 19 November 2008 he purchased 13,568 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 184.25 pence each. Mr Carter's total shareholding is now 17,990 shares.

The Company received notice on 19 November 2008 from David Tyler, a non-executive Director, that on 19 November 2008 he purchased 11,336 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 176.00 pence each. Mr Tyler's total shareholding is now 60,000 shares.
