Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification today that following the Interim Dividend payment on 25 January 2013, Equiniti Registrars purchased 22 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for Ian Carter, a director, at a price of 1384.69 pence per Ordinary Share.
