Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The notification listed below was received under Paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that it received notification today that following the Final Dividend payment on 1 August 2013, Equiniti Registrars purchased 54 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for Ian Carter, a director, at a price of 1544.19 pence per Ordinary Share.
