Burberry Group plc (the "Company") - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 14 December 2020 that Julie Brown, Chief Operating and Financial Officer and a director of the Company, exercised an option over 1,294 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of 1390p per share granted on 15 June 2017 under the Burberry Group plc Sharesave Plan 2011.

Following this exercise, and on 15 December 2020, Julie Brown acquired 1,294 Shares and subsequently sold 2 shares in order to pay the brokerage fees associated with transferring these newly acquired Shares to her Equiniti Nominee Account.
