STERLING CONVERSION RATE FOR 2018 FINAL DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the leading global finance and investment management firm focused on law, has previously proposed a 2018 final dividend of 8.83 US cents per ordinary share to be paid on 14 June 2019 to shareholders on record as of 24 May 2019.

For shareholders who receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend is 6.950020 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.2705 set on 24 May 2019.
