Lemur Resources: Results of General Meeting and Issue of Shares to Directors

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), a diversified mineral development company with projects in Africa, advises of the announcement by Lemur Resources ("Lemur") of the results of General Meeting filed on the ASX and the issues of shares to directors of Lemur under incentive arrangements. Bushveld has a controlling 54.39% interest in Lemur.

As announced by Bushveld on 19 February 2014, Resolutions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 contained in the Company's Notice of Meeting dated 16 January 2014 were withdrawn prior to the meeting and were therefore not put to members.

Resolutions 6 and 7 regarding the issue of shares to Lemur directors Anthony Viljoen and Ryan Rockwood were passed on a poll.  Anthony Viljoen is also a director of Bushveld.

Lemur advised the outcome of resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held on 21 February 2014, and the issue of shares on 24 February 2014.
