Lemur Resources Limited - Notice of General Meeting and Proxy

Bushveld Minerals Limited (AIM: BMN), a diversified mineral development company with projects in Africa, advises of the Notice of the General Meeting of Lemur Resources ("Lemur") announced to the ASX today. Bushveld has a controlling 54.39% interest in Lemur.

Lemur will hold its General meeting on 21 February 2014 at 3.00pm WST at the offices of Steinepreis Paganin in Perth, Western Australia.
