Bushveld, a mineral development company focused on the Bushveld Iron Ore Project and the Mokopane Tin Project, both located on the northern limb of the Bushveld Complex, South Africa, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28 February 2013 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy.
