Dublin, Ireland | 2 June 2015: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28^th February 2015 will be €3.678460.  As the cash dividend is 7.0 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every65.686786 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 52.549429 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
