David Forde to join as Group CEO on 2 November
Dublin, London: 11 August 2020 | Further to the CEO succession announcement of 9 July 2020, C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group") confirms that David Forde will take up the role of Group Chief Executive Officer on 2 November 2020 and will join the Board as an Executive Director on the same date.
Upon David joining C&C, Stewart Gilliland will revert to the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
