C&C Group plc (the "Company") hereby announces that on 14 April 2024 the PDMR noted below, notified the Company that she had only just become aware that on 28 July 2023, 103 ordinary shares and on 6 December 2023, 85 ordinary shares of €0.01 each had been erroneously purchased by an automated system of a third-party investment manager on her behalf as part of a dividend re-investment. The PDMR was not aware of the purchase and was not notified at the time it was carried out.
