C&C Group plc ("C&C" or the "Group"), a leading manufacturer, marketer and distributor of branded cider, beer, wine and soft drinks today announces the following timetable for the final dividend payable in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014. The dividend is subject to approval at the AGM on 3 July 2014:

Ex-dividend date:	28 May 2014
Record date:	30 May 2014
Posting of election and mandate forms for scrip dividend to shareholders:	11 June 2014
Return date for receipt of election and mandate forms:	30 June 2014
AGM Date:	3 July 2014

Dividend payment:	15 July 2014
Last date by which CREST entitlement statements and new ordinary share certificates will be posted and shareholder accounts credited:	15 July 2014
