Dublin, Ireland | 30 May 2012: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the 2011/12 Final Dividend Scrip Alternative will be €3.4389. As the cash dividend is 4.5 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 95.525000  shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 76.420000 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
