Appointment of Financial Advisers

Rare Earth Minerals Plc (REM:LN; REMMY:US) the London and US quoted investment company focused on creating a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect interests in Lithium and Rare Earth Element deposits, is pleased to announce that Hannam & Partners (Advisory) LLP of 2 Park Street, London, W1K 2HX has been appointed as a Joint Corporate Broker and financial adviser with immediate effect. Hannam & Partners is a leading adviser in the natural resource sector. They will be providing equity research on REM in due course and increasing the accessibility of high quality coverage of our business to the market

Rare Earth Mineral is also pleased to announce that it has engaged Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking ("Société Générale") to act as a financial adviser and to assist in evaluating financing options supporting development of the Company's portfolio of assets. Société Générale has a long track record in the metals and mining space and is one of the leaders in arranging project finance in the resource sector.
