Zest is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant John Paul Gazdig, aged 40,
as non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.  Mr Gazdig is a
Canadian citizen and has over seventeen years experience in investment banking
on Wall Street and in the city of London, including acquisition financing,
marketing and business development and acquisition valuation and advisory as it
relates to structured finance.
