Notice of AGM and Posting of Results

The Company announces that yesterday, 30 June 2015, it posted a copy of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2014, together with its notice of AGM, to shareholders. Both are also available for viewing on the Company's website www.rareearthmineralsplc.com.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Kerman & Co LLP at 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ at 10:00 a.m. on 24 July 2015.
