Resignation of a director

Cadogan advises that Alessandro Benedetti has ceased to be a director of the Company with immediate effect. Cadogan will continue to benefit from the services of Mr Benedetti on a consultancy basis related to specific transactions and issues. 

In accordance with best practice the entire Board of Cadogan is seeking re-election at Its Annual General meeting on 27 June 2012. Accordingly, the Board intends to withdraw resolution number 7 to re-elect Mr Benedetti for the forthcoming year.
