Please note the following amendment to Note 11 of Preliminary Statement of Final
Results released on 29th May 2003 at 07.30 (RNS no 6573L), replacing incorrect
Ex Dividend date of 25th July 2003 with the correct date of 25th June 2003.

Final dividend to be paid on 23 July 2003 to shareholders on the register as at
27 June 2003. (Ex Dividend date - 25 June 2003).
