Transfer of shares held in treasury

Caffyns plc ("the Company") announces that on 19^th August 2013 it transferred to participants in the Company's employee SAYE scheme 1969 ordinary shares for the exercise of options under the SAYE 2010 scheme at a price of 350 pence per share.  The shares were all formerly held as treasury shares. The Company has received the proceeds of £6,891 in cash.

Following the above transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company holds a total of 92,758 of its ordinary shares in treasury.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) is 2,786,540.
