Board Committee Composition Changes
Dublin/London, 9 July 2019: Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn", or the "Company") (Euronext Dublin/LSE: CRN), the leading Irish homebuilding company, today announces changes to the composition of its Board Committees to take place with immediate effect. The changes to Committee composition follow the recent appointments of three new independent, Non-Executive Directors in March and April 2019.
Ms. Linda Hickey is appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee replacing Mr. Giles Davies who is appointed as Chair of the Nomination Committee in place of Mr. John Reynolds. As part of orderly succession, Mr. Davies will remain as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Hickey has also been appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee which continues to be chaired by Mr. Gary Britton. Mr. David O'Beirne is appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Jayne McGivern is appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Alan McIntosh is appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. The composition of each of the Committees is fully aligned with the provisions of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.
