Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons

The Board of Clinical Computing Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 13 June 2006
that Howard Kitchner, Chairman of the Company, had bought 375,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 6.75
pence.  The transaction took place on 13 June 2006, following which Mr. Kitchner
had a total shareholding of 3,048,004 Ordinary Shares representing 9.21 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Board was also informed on 13 June 2006 that David Altschuler, a connected
person with Mr. Kitchner, had bought 375,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.75
pence.  The transaction took place on 13 June 2006, following which Mr.
Altschuler had a total shareholding of 2,631,496 Ordinary Shares, representing
7.95 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
